Service Area

La Surtidora Inc. provides sales and delivery services only within the U.S. states of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky. Orders placed outside these states cannot be processed or shipped at this time.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
La Surtidora Inc. manages its own logistics and delivery operations for all orders within our service area. We are responsible for transporting merchandise from our warehouse to customers within the states of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky.

No Minimum Order Requirement
There is no minimum purchase required to place an order.

Local Delivery (Indianapolis Area – ZIPs 462)*
Customers located within the Indianapolis area (ZIP codes beginning with 462) are eligible for free home or business delivery.

Delivery for Other Areas (Outside 462)*
For deliveries to other areas within Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky:

• Orders under $200: $20 delivery fee applies
• Orders $200 or more: Free delivery.

Delivery Times
Indianapolis and surrounding areas (462*): generally delivered within 3–5 business days.
Other areas within Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky: delivery times may vary based on distance, order size, and product availability. Generally within a week.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver on schedule; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.
Customers will be notified of estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation.

Delivery Responsibility
La Surtidora Inc. assumes responsibility for all merchandise while it is in our possession and during delivery. Once the order has been delivered and confirmed, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Pickup Option
Customers may also pick up orders directly from our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.

• ZIP codes starting with 462: Free delivery, no minimum purchase.
• Other ZIP codes within Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky:
  • Orders under $200: $20 delivery fee.
  • Orders $200 or more: Free delivery.

Risk of Loss

La Surtidora Inc. assumes responsibility for all merchandise while it is in our possession and during delivery to the customer. Once the order has been delivered and signed for, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Payment Methods

We currently accept major credit and debit cards for online orders. For warehouse pickups, all standard payment methods are accepted (cash, card, Zelle, or other approved methods).

Modifications

La Surtidora Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
